Alwell, back to the drawing board. How ironic, so close to passing Obamacare and the main senator pushing healthcare all his life dies and is replaced by guy who can stop the Obamacare trainwreck. Once again Marxism is foiled in America. Now even Obama is talking about being a one term president. “I’d rather be a good 1 term Pres than a medicre 2 term Pres.”. There is a reason why some Presidents are one term –because they are not good.
Also the big banks need to be taught a lesson. What they are doing is jacking up default credit card interest rates to pay for their bonuses. They are investing in hedge funds that estentially remove money from our retirement funds and place it direcly into their corporate pockets. We CAN keep them honest by talking our accounts and moving them to community bands and local savings and loans. I am sick of republicans whose only concern is to make big money for big business.
Only through a public option will the consumers save any money. We need it to break the current health care monopoly.
NEWS FLASH. Congress DOES NOT need 60 votes to pass health care. It’s called RECONCILITATION which has been used to pass laws before. Bush passed one with 51 and, two others with 55. With the time, energy, and determination invested, I don’t see it not passing.

I don’t mind making less money in the future. IF you think about money, health care providers make good money. What I do hate, is having to tell patients either go broke or wait until their situation becomes so bad that they will qualify for an emergency procedure. It’s outrageous! Health insurances are the ones afraid of this bill passing. Most healthcare providers are there to take care of their patients and right now it is impossible!

All this is so wrong. My uncle is a doctor and listen to what he has to say. Doctors salaries will go down, he will have to see twice as many paitents to make money. Some of the paitents who have to public plan will not be able to pay and they will have to get denied service. Also, private compainies will have to close because people will get the public plan. And the quality of care will go down. Think of this example, minute clinic on the CVS, thats whats healthcare will be like.
