The unhealthiest food is probably fried brain. Extreme concentration of cholesterol and animal fats.

  2. Hamburgers

  3. Full BBQ including selection of meats, with sausages, white breads, potato salad, all together with chips, soft drinks, alcohol and dessert.

  4. for me it will be, a complete bbq including a selection of meat, withe breads, potato a mayo salad, sausages , chips all together with soft drinks, alcohol plus dessert.

  5. Deep-fried-battered-bacon sandwich.
Oh and don’t forget the Diet Coke to wash it down with. =]

  6. Natalie you are gorgeous! Healthy women into healthy foods…ummmm yum yum :D

  7. def. a twinkie!

  8. Where can I buy sprouts ?

is it in health store ?

there is no such thing as the “healthiest” or any perfect foods. Pretty much every food has its drawback so it’s a matter of putting it all together.

    Twinkie, pork rinds

true, i agree you can make foods healthy to eat. you don’t want to buy any ground meat though. you want to buy meat that is organic free of hormones, antibiotics and diseases from free range cow’s that are humanely treated and feed grass not grains.

  12. NOT when the cheeseburger is made with extra lean beef, whole wheat bread, and fat free cheese cooked in a little canola of sunflower/safflower oil. remember, its not about avoiding these foods but making the healthier choice.

  13. anything with pork!

  14. domenicomason77 on December 31st, 2009 at 4:25 am

    fried bacon or chezzz

  15. in all Christendom. The breadcakes are pre buttered and resemble something a baker might be asked to craft for the Guinness Book of Records. The quality of the sausages would worry a starving dog. If anyone reckons they can beat this I’d love to know how.

  16. There is a shop near me called Snack Attack. It used to be called Big Baps, which gives you some idea about the nature of the clientele they were seeking to attract. Labourers, the unemployed, pornogrpaphy enthusiasts, old women on their way home from Netto etc. They do a large breadcake (an enormous bread roll basically) filled with about 8 sausages, a couple of poorly fried eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and heaven knows what else. It weighs about the same as a child and must be the unhealthiest

  17. I would have to say that the best and also worst food for me would have to be …..

‘New Zealand Pavlova’….but hey it tasts fantastic!

    Guten Apetite

  18. “Happy Stick”- a stick of butter rolled in white sugar. :)
    (I promise I don’t eat that)

And don’t forget broccoli sprouts! I like Broccoli and alfalfa sprouts in sandwiches and pitas, for added crunch. :)

  19. i use egg yolk for making lube hehe

  20. Worst foods:

    Cheeseburgers
    hot dogs
    french fries
    ice cream

  21. hottie!!

  22. TheExPlOiTeDOne619 on December 31st, 2009 at 4:25 am

    Mac and cheese.

  23. i would say the most nastiest food would be mcdonalds, or taco bell lol, one thing i want to find is i heard you can make popcorn out of hemp seeds and they are supposed to be the highest source of amino acids in the world. if you look into this can you message me lol peace

  24. The number one worst food, HAS to be poutine! French fries, smothered in gravy and melted cheese? C’MON NOW!

  25. @tyawanna Just because something has a lot of fat in it, it doesn’t mean it’s fattening. In fact, it’s often just the opposite.
