Natalie I agree with you… I gave up all refined sugar drinks and reduced my urge for my demon sweets mostly chocolate and Ice cream.. but I make my own and only eat Dark chocolate products with 65% Cacao. But I weighed 515lbs and now down to 350 lbs. just by cuting out the evil white sugar and I stay away from two evils.. HFC and Transfats. Now I am at a weight where I can walk daily. Also I have cut portions back as well hope to get down below my College weight of 175 in the next 3 years.

    It would be cool if she could go over what veggies and fruits have the most pesticides in them, I know generally sometimes others have more than some.

  21. Have you considered that in order to loose weight you need to also be relaxed. Eating when stressed or feeling pressured to loose weight only sets you up to fail.     I don’t even get the rush of energy just the lathargic feeling, I think I am carb sensitive. I don’t eat junk anymore though, and I am trying to switch to organics and meat w/o hormones and antibiotics.

    Which oil to use for frying? and for salad dressing? I saw some video which says that EVO oil has pulyunsaturated fats which become “bad” when heated to high temperature. I am Gujarati vegetarian and relish Dhoklas dipped in uncooked spiced oil. My “oil for salad” question is really for that. I really do not eat any salad. The “oil for frying” question is for Papadum. I prefer my papadums fried. Occassionaly I fry potato fries. But plz go ahead and answer Q’s for general situation.
